Cate Services are shut down

Dear cate users,
cate services were shut down on July 6th, 2023. The cci toolbox has thereby arrived at its next evolutionary phase. It has become the python package esa-climate-toolbox that comprises access to cci data and offers operations to work on the data. You can run this package in your custom environment. It will be available from conda-forge and pypi. For now, you can find the package on github, where it will be iteratively improved and equipped with functionality: https://github.com/esa-cci/esa-climate-toolbox.
